1. Payments & Platform Fees

Task N Match may charge service or platform fees as part of job coordination and platform operations. Fee structures may vary by job type, size, and current operating process.

Clients and taskers should review any pricing, fees, deposits, milestone terms, or payout expectations before work begins. For larger projects, additional approvals or payment steps may be required.

2. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients and taskers are expected to communicate scheduling needs clearly and as early as possible. Rescheduling or cancellation requests should be made promptly.

Depending on timing, cancellations or schedule changes may affect job availability, pricing, reserved time, travel expectations, or refund eligibility.

3. Scope Changes

If the job changes significantly after acceptance, the updated scope, timing, materials, and pricing should be reviewed and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.

Task N Match encourages both clients and taskers to document major changes clearly to avoid confusion.

4. Materials, Tools & Equipment

Responsibility for tools, equipment, and materials may vary by job. Taskers are generally expected to have access to the tools required for the services they offer unless otherwise agreed in advance.

When materials are purchased for a job, clear communication and documentation are recommended.

5. Disputes & Resolution

If a disagreement or concern arises, clients and taskers should contact Task N Match as soon as possible with relevant details. Photos, written communication, receipts, and job updates may help support a fair review.

Task N Match may review available information and attempt to help guide a reasonable resolution, but final outcomes may depend on the specific facts of the job.

6. Safety & Professional Conduct

All users of Task N Match are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and lawfully. Unsafe conduct, harassment, fraud, dishonesty, threats, discrimination, or illegal behavior may result in removal from the platform or refusal of future service.

Clients should provide a reasonably safe environment for work. Taskers should perform services in a safe, responsible, and professional manner.

7. Licensing, Insurance & Qualifications

Certain trades or services may require licensing, insurance, certifications, or other qualifications depending on the category and location. Taskers are responsible for maintaining any qualifications required for the services they provide.

Task N Match may request or review supporting documents where appropriate.

8. Communication Expectations

Clear communication is expected throughout the job process. This includes confirming timing, job details, pricing changes, arrival updates, completion status, and any problems that arise.

Delays or misunderstandings are more likely when communication is incomplete, so prompt updates are strongly encouraged.

9. Platform Use

Task N Match may decline, limit, remove, or pause users, jobs, or services that appear unsafe, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with platform standards.

Misuse of forms, false information, spam, or repeated disruptive behavior may result in removal from the network.

10. Policy Updates

Task N Match may update these policies from time to time as the platform grows and operating procedures evolve. Continued use of the site or platform after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated policies.
