4. Tasker Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally and respond in a timely manner.
• Perform work safely, lawfully, and within the agreed scope.
• Maintain any required tools, transportation, licenses, or insurance for the services offered.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and local requirements.

5. Independent Contractor Relationship

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, taskers using Task N Match are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or partners of Task N Match. Taskers are responsible for their own taxes, licensing, insurance, equipment, transportation, and legal compliance.

6. Fees, Pricing, and Payments

Pricing, service fees, platform fees, and payment timing may vary depending on the job type, scope, and current operating process. Any applicable pricing, payment terms, or service charges should be communicated before work proceeds.

Task N Match reserves the right to update fees, payout structures, or payment processes as the platform grows.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Scope Changes

Cancellations, rescheduling requests, and changes to job scope should be communicated as early as possible. Depending on the timing and circumstances, changes may affect pricing, scheduling, availability, or refund eligibility.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Task N Match works to facilitate strong matches and professional service experiences, but we do not guarantee job completion timelines, client satisfaction, tasker acceptance, uninterrupted availability, or specific business outcomes.

9. Verification and Screening

Task N Match may collect, review, or request information related to identity, experience, references, credentials, licensing, or other qualifications. Verification standards may vary by category, service type, location, and business stage.

10. Conduct and Safety

Users of Task N Match are expected to act professionally, respectfully, and lawfully. Harassment, fraud, threats, unsafe conduct, discriminatory behavior, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform may result in removal from the network or refusal of service.

11. Disputes

If an issue arises, both clients and taskers should contact Task N Match promptly with relevant details. We may review communications, photos, written records, or other information to help support a fair resolution, but Task N Match reserves discretion in how it handles disputes and is not liable for every outcome between parties.

All branding, logos, website content, wording, design elements, and platform materials associated with Task N Match are the property of Task N Match unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
